For the convenience and safety of all our guests and staff we are operating contactless check-ins using key lockboxes.  You will receive full check-in instructions prior to your arrival by email.

Your apartment has been thoroughly cleaned and disinfected for your safety and enjoyment.  

Our cleaning team continue to deliver the highest standard in cleanliness and hygiene.  Bedding and towels are professionally laundered to manufacturer's guidelines.  We also pay special attention to all high touch surfaces such as door handles, light switches, keys and public areas.  For your convenience and peace of mind we have installed sanitising stations in our public hallway and every apartment comes with a comprehensive cleaning kit for your use.

We continue to follow current UK government guidelines on COVID-19.

Please do not travel if you feel unwell.  If you develop any symptoms of COVID-19 before arrival, during your stay or up to 72 hours after check-out, please notify us immediately.  This way we can support you during your stay or take the appropriate action after your departure.  



The wellbeing of our guests and staff is of paramount importance.
